Im just asking for more than par from my safeties..being comfortable with a C+ safety who has no higher ceiling..isnt my MO. For how sure tackler he is, this year hes missed many 1 on 1 tackles. Sure hes not terrible but hes not good enough to not wanna see a young safety in. Especially if he can cover a freakin tight end.

I'm not comfortable with a C+ safety either. Luckily Church is much better than that.

With adding and developing more pass rushers off the edge, our secondary will see more INTs similar to the overthrow on SNF.

Church grew on me and along with Wilcox we have two hard hitting safeties that are in plenty of tackles.

I'm pleased with Church and see improvement and more confident JJ Wilcox right now. I think the main issue has more to do with pass rush than secondary. Funny 1st part of the game when Eli has no pressure coming he was playing great, as Dallas pressure improved and we started getting to Eli those passing numbers dropped substantially

There was one Giants play that looked like it could go for a big gain and in a blink, Wilcox ran from outside of the picture and stopped it for a short gain. He closes fast and is a good tackler.

Yep, people hate Heath, but at least he had experience. Jakar had a handful of snaps last season and those were ugly.
