The problem with Street is not only does he suck, but he doesn't even display glimpses of potential. He's 24 years old, but he looks like he is a 35 year old WR on his last legs.. I just don't understand what the coaching staff can possibly see in him.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Of the tangent here, which is bring back some player who failed before that Brandon George might know.

We just have some trends in what we do with personnel.

I have noticed, even with PS signings, we are going with players that have been out of the NFL for a while.

To me, that's kind of Al Davis-ish and really a sad indictment on our pro personnel department.

Scraping under the rocks is fine every now and again, but it seems to be a standard practice lately.

Meanwhile, we are veteran adverse and you see teams like Arizona sign experienced veterans and put them to work.

at least he has some practical experience now, other than signing 10 UFDA and talking them all up all off season, and hoping to find find just one that helps. Looking for a a returner too.
Yes they got Whitehead, but what about a good true WR that can at least have a year to develop.
That % is very low.
Why not bring in a few vets that have NFL experience, that knows what to do in the game. Not catching a pass at a key moment, but have have your foot out of bounds.

They put such an emphasis of replacing and getting a Harris type guy, they seemed to overlook the total WR concept.
May sound a bit harsh, but it seems they do sign a lot of UFDA guys to never find what really needs to be.

You are going to be pretty upset when we draft Treadwell

Wouldn't upset me one bit.

Some people were saying no to Treadwell, because he's the same type of receiver as Dez. I just can't understand how that could be a bad thing.

Look at the Bears a couple years ago with Marshall and Jeffery, that was a nightmare for defenses!

So this guy goes to the CFL and leads the league but can't do one thing with us? add it to the list of boarder line practice squad players that play better outside of our facility.
