Personally this Flo rule doesn't bug me in the least. It should have been a rule all along and I don't really care that it was a Cowboys player that brought it to the table. It's plain stupid the way it's structured right now and I've got to wonder how many more of those types of cheap shots we'd have seen had more players realised that it wouldn't have carried a penalty over. I'm sure Flo didn't even know it wouldn't. He probably figured he'd get flagged.

I like the rule change.

As for the curtains request they need to tell Mike Smith to kiss their sweaty junk.

It's not like the Flozell incident affected the outcome of the game. And it seems the coverage of Tuck (was it Tuck? or Brandon Jacobs?) pretty much provoking him to do it. FOX coverage seemed to have conveniently missed that, and everyone else has ignored it.

I don't even know what this thread is about.

Flozell and sluts? What the heck is going on? Did Flo bang some dude's wife? I bet he false started, if you know what I mean.

That still has got to be one of the stupidest things I've ever heard.

Also: I don't condone what Flo did, but how long has this been a rule? It doesn't get noticed until a Cowboy player does it? You'd think somewhere along the lines somebody would of thought about there being a potential problem there.

and if it hadn't, then why make a rule for it the 1st time it happens?

do they even go back to consider why they decided to *not* carry it over or do we "invent" problems we gotta go fix ASAP?

for something that happens so rarely, i fail to see why we need to "fix it".

As for the "do over" rule on the scoreboard........why does it matter??? There was not a single punt in th regular season or playoffs that hit the scoreboard so why do we need a pernament "do over" rule???

As for as the curtains, this is the lamest excuse for a loss I have ever heard. Funny how the Cowboys were scoring TD after TD going into the sun but the Falcons cant play with the sun in their eyes. I guess the Falcons are going to petition the Competition Committee to let them play all their outdoor games at night since the sun prevents them from playing. How lame is that!!!!

As for the "Flo rule", I actually dont have a problem with it. If a guy commits a personal foul, carry the penalty over. However, I find it fascinating that they have to make a rule after the 1st time it ever happened. Somebody name me one other incident where a personal foul was committed on the last play. Other than Flo last year, I cannot think of a single game where that has ever been an issue. I am sure it has happened, but there was no media coverage until FLo did it.

Whatever.......Fisher is head of the Competition Committee so he is probably just trying to get back at Jerry since Fisher was made to look like such a dumb arse over the whole scoreboard incident. I mean, Fisher said it was going to be a major problem and not a single freaking punt hit the scoreboard all season. Fisher looks like a big dumb arse now, so he is probably just trying to get back at Jerry with all of these dumb arse rules now.

Do you...or does anybody...have video of that. I can't remember what Tuck did specifically other than being a giant deusch.

Also, can the whole world get over the ****ing scoreboard deal. It was said earlier....but it's 90 feet. If you hit it, tough shnoogies. I'm sick of all the crying because Jerry made the world's most awesome TV. It's like the entire football media has ***** envy
