If Marinelli is being honest here, i will be a little disappointed for not having a shot at Roy Williams.
However, i'm pretty high on D.J. Hackett from Seattle. If he hits the market i hope Dallas looks at him closely. When he is healthy, i believe it was a high ankle sprain that sidelined him for a lot of games last year, he nice speed and very good hands. He can line up on the other side of TO and keep defenses very honest. He also will not cost as much as some of the other names that have been thrown out there, i.e., Fitz, Ocho Cino, etc....
what do yall think?

I know a lot of you fine folks have your fingers crossed that WR Roy Williams will come home to Texas via a trade. Don't count on it, according to Detroit coach Rod Marinelli.
From the Detroit News:Marinelli was forceful in answering when asked if Williams will be traded. "No," Marinelli said. "I know the rumors that are out. Those two guys together, I want to see those guys where they can really impact a game. They are special.
"They've got to have, and they will have, great years for us. We have to ensure they have great years. Those are explosive weapons.
"Not many people have two guys like that on a team. We've got to do everything we can do to protect our quarterback -- get the ball to those two big guys. I'm very confident he's (Williams) here. Very confident."Of course, Marinell might just be doing his part to make sure the Lions get good value for Williams, who sure would be a fine fit opposite T.O.
