Machota is probably correct, imho. The front office and the staff knows how valuable RoMac has been to our defense and probably won't be inclined to release him without doing all they can to keep him around.
The issues he's facing are definitely serious but his level of talent may be worth taking a risk for in the hope that his problems will some day be satisfactorily resolved. The drug issue is surely troubling but may also be eventually overcome. I would hope it's not something more serious than pot.
Let's face it, arson involving Ro's house is an issue that may very well never be attributed to Rolando specifically (nor anyone else for that matter.) It simply can't be assumed that Rolando is responsible.
