The old adage concerning free agency...he who spends the most, loses the most.

Over the past ten years, the top teams who have spent in free agency includes both the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington team. Washington has to carry dead money, and after last season... so will Philadelphia.

As to the Giants? This season, they should be chunked full of aggressive players. In three seasons, when this year's draft class comes full circle...Dallas should be ahead.

There won't be a whole lot of cash flow with the next group of inked contracts...from Valley Ranch.
