Just about everybody believes Bill Parcells always called Terrell Owens, "the player." I think that is a little overblown. If we asked Parcells a question about any player, he didn't refer to the guy by first name, last name, nickname all the time.

But I digress.

Today Parcells didn't refer to Jason Taylor as Jason or JT, so maybe he has a new "player." Anyway, in this story he says Taylor is off the market. I'm sure if a team offered a lucrative package, he would trade Taylor. For all of those wondering if a Taylor-for-Greg Ellis deal would happen, I'd say it's not.

Parcells calls TG "she" and he would follow him to the end of the earth.

bp needs to respect the players more!
I second that, CC. Staring down kickers and not calling men by their names is ridiculous.

With the kickers we had I am surprised he showed so much restraint.

If Jason Taylor was on my team doing what hes doing I would be pissed too.

But I think Parcells is more pissed hes not going to get a great offer for him

The silent majority of players just quietly go about doing their business in a professional manner. These players have no problem with Parcells. That's why so many of Parcells' players follow him wherever he goes. Some of them, like Curtis Martin, have even refered to him as a father they never had.

10% of the players are jackholes, and Parcells has this nasty habit of calling them out on their BS. TO, Antonio Bryant, Derek Ross, etc. They typically have problems with almost every coach they ever play for. Unfortunately they are always the ones in the news and running their mouths in front of the microphone, and since they get all the exposure fans think all players are like that and they lump the silent majority in with them and call them all 'today's modern athlete'. It's really unfair to silent majority that people believe that 'today's modern athletes' are all petulant children who have to be coddled and appeased to prevent a hissy fit.

I think Jason is going to have a hell of a year, any one who dances knows that your legs and hips are more fluid as you can't be stiff. I seen this as a unique training method of sorts
