Frederick is awesome. Most important piece of the OL IMO. Maybe not the hardest position to fill to most people... but try to find a guy with his ability, character and his clearly very intelligent mind, and you'd fall short 99% of the time.
He is just a great, great player and team mate. Also one hell of an ambassador for your team. He was a big-time steadying influence on Dak IMO.
