I've had it for two years and love the pictures I get from it. The only complaint that I have is the Post Pffice takes 8 to 10 days to get it too me.Usually get it after the game it previews.

I was a yearly subscriber in the old days, even though the paper was always a week or even two weeks late in VA.

But if you have a computer, it's a waste of your money, imo.

ive always thought about getting, and since im from california, it would probably take longer than that to get to me. No point in receiving it after the game is over.

Subscribers to the Weekly can access the articles online as soon as it is published. So even if you receive it late, you can read the articles before you get it. You can also pay extra for 1st class postage, which will ensure that you receive it in a timely manner no matter where you live. I have subscribed to the Weekly for over 25 years (showing my age?) and I read it from cover to cover every week. My favorite items are the game recaps, letters to the editor and anything written by Mike Rabun. For you fellas, the cheerleader centerfold is always in color. To me it is worth it, but it's always a matter of opinion.

Before Al Gore invented the internet it was a must have. Not so much any more.

I've always wondered...do DCW writers like Rabun, Ken Sins, and Ron Spain go the BP press conferences or what? Or does Mickey stand in for all of them? Are they real? They seem to be the most invisible members of the DFW media ever.

I even asked Dale about them once during his days interning for Mickey, and he'd never met any of them.

I used to get it from like 89-91. With the internet newspapers are too slow for me.

I'll never forget the issue when Jimmy Johnson was hired. It had him on it and said 'The New Era'. Then, because of the 1-15 89 season, they came back with a cover saying 'The New Error'.

Great question, jcblanco. You notice how there is never a photo of the DCW writers? Most publications have a small photo that accompanies the byline, but you have no idea how these guys look. Maybe they aren't real. However, whoever writes under the name "Mike Rabun" is a genius to me. I really like his articles.
