Do Jerry & Stephen actually know how inept they are?

Seriously....doesn't it seem as if we've been punked this past week, and that we will find out that its all been a bad joke??? They simply could not have done a worse job if they tried...I mean, this really does feel like its intentional. Do they ever read the tea leaves? If so, do they care? I do know that they occasionally listen to Dallas Sports Talk Radio....which they are getting torched on. All they seem to care about is staying "good"....not becoming "great"....because taking unnecessary risk could make them "bad"....unfortunately, all they know is that the The Dump stays full. I wish during the next opener, they both could be strapped down at the 50 in shirts and pants made out of M80's....whilst the huge Magnifying Glass which serves as windows lights them up. Once they are crispy, they both can be laid out end to end and Rowdy can do a Caesars Palace jump over them in his Gator. Speaking of Rowdy....that Village Idiot will probably be in the ROH before Jimmy.

You know I thought for a minute, that the Jones boys were sly in letting all the teams spend their wads, and then go full assault in Free Agency..... but nah they aren't that smart!!!

It's better to sign your own guys because once you get in a bidding war with other teams you pay a premium. Our problem is our culture. We have plenty of talent and we draft well but it just doesn't translate in january.

If we kept the same players who showed up against San Francisco and quit, people would be complaining. Now that we've gotten rid of a bunch of the ones who don't need to be here, people are still complaining. If we had signed Von Miller to 120 million people would be complaining. I really don't see how much more drive he has. 6 years? He just won the super bowl, I think he's 31. Terrible contract.

We replaced a head case who never needed to be here in the first place with a younger player in Dorrance armstrong. We got rid of two people on the line who needed to go. We got rid of a diva wide receiver. This team has plenty of talent so it can afford to lose a few players. There are others who can step up. Talent has never been the problem here.

The only thing I didn't like is offering Randy Gregory 70 million. I wouldn't have offered him ****. I would have let him walk and replaced him just like they did with Dorrance armstrong. There's something going on off the field with him, as there has always been. I don't think he signed his contract in Denver yet.

This, difference between them and my Reds, the Reds are letting you know upfront we have a fire sale going and Joey Votto you are next to go and so fans we will stink. I don’t know what in the h —- Jerrah and son is doing.

They absolutely think they are great and no one could possibly do better.

I have too much respect for this site to go scorched earth....plus I do not want to get benched....but I have NEVER come so close to dropping F bombs on here as I have several times this week.

What would you have liked seen done differently this offseason? I would keep getting rid of more players.

I don't see what you did here.

No what I said made a lot of sense. This team was absolutely loaded with talent last year. There is more talent on the bench. It's not the issue.

I would like to see the defensive line upgraded, but not with someone like Von Miller or any other defensive end who's going to command a ton of money. We need a defensive tackle. We needed one for years so I don't know how long it's going to take for them to realize that.

Scorch it man. You don't need F bombs to do it.

You're better than that.

Direct it at Jerry and Son instead of a fellow poster and it would probably be a good read. Let it out !!!!!

Type out “Mickey Fickey” when you want to drop F bombs. The movie “Baby Boy” must have used that about 300 times as a substitute.

ie, those Jones boys be stupid as a Mickey Fickey.

They do a terrible job at self-scouting the team's weaknesses then addressing them.

Took at least 5 seasons before they figured out that blue light special safeties were a problem.

Every team in the league understands how important the front 7 is on defense, teams have run all over them at times for multiple years in a row now including their recent playoff losses to the Rams and Niners, yet they have done absolutely nothing to address the defensive line or linebacker positions.

Comes back to the same thing every time. They are very poor at evaluating their own talent. If you cannot get that right, you can't be successful
