I’m not sure about you guys but this is the easiest bad season I’ve had to deal with. I don’t feel mad, upset or disappointed in the slightest. I actually expected this team to be bad and choke.. I’m used to failure as a Cowboys fan. And the weird thing is, a ton of fans out there feel the same way. Even the most hardcore guys came up to me and laughed it off..I was expecting my usual fellow cowboys friends to call and vent but nothing... crickets.

Haven't gone to a game in years now, haven't bought any merchandise either. Neither of those are going to change until I see the Cowboys change. I'm done being hopeful.

i cant laugh it off...makes me thoroughly sick and disgusted and very very angry....i want all the coaches to be humiliated and all the players to be shamed....

If Garrett is fired and a proper HC is hired, that would rekindle my interest, if Garrett remains or a new questionable HC is hired i will still have hope but i won't feel the need to watch every game. Missed a few this season and i feel good about it. The only real reason i ever wanted to watch every game is because it's only 16 games a season, but if those 16 games are mostly boring well why keep watching. I watched countless TV shows where season one and or two were very good and by season three i'm no longer watching. I look at the Cowboys org the same way i look at those tv shows now. It's not my job to keep interest in the Cowboys, it's their job to keep me interested, and thier failing.

Garrett is not going to be fired. After the Skins game his contract as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys is fulfilled and he is free to go anywhere he wishes. IMO if Garrett is not hired by another team I think the Jones family will rehire him with some made up title like "VP to the assistant of player personnel" just because of the friendship between the two families.
JJ is very loyal to both coaches and players that bow down and kiss his rings. We have seen that a thousand times. And whoever's the next coach is you can bet he will also bow down and kiss Jerry's rings. So yes there will be new faces standing on the sideline next year coaching the team but the puppet master running the show will still be the same.

Game vs. Bears - watched about a quarter
Game vs. Rams - watched about 3 quarters
Game vs. Phiily - didn't watch a second of it
Game vs. Commanders - won't watch a second of it

And if somehow Garrett keeps his job. I won't watch another second of Cowboys football.

So yes, my caring about this team is decreasing by the second. Put a competent HC in place and maybe this will start to change.. But I have my doubts about Jerry hiring a competent guy.

Ya, as disappointing as it is to watch this very talented team fail, and we blame the coaching, those of us that know better, realize that the problem is much deeper seeded.
We as a fan base just don't want to knock on reality's front door, and have Jerry Jones open the door only to say, please go away, are you here to sale me cookies, get off my front porch!
This team fails because this organization fails, its from the top down, Garrett is just a puppet, a scapegoat.
I am probably one of the most positive people you could ever meet, it keep the glass half full, not a lot of people hate me,, at least that's what I think I believe.

Whatever, what we are talking about here, righting this ship, correcting this error,,, does not just fall on the shoulders of JG.
Every fan thinks we can just go out and hire an Urban Meyer quick fix, Lincoln Riley, and that is just going to happen, and that will fix this issue.
Ever ask yourself if either of those two would even want to coach here in the first place?
I bet they would go to either the Giants or Commanders first if they had the choice.

Yep, pretty much. Course, the early 2000's could offer up some competition the worst season to have to deal with. 1-15 sucked too.

Yeah....those Dave Campo years were bad!! At least we knew we were bad, so our expectations were pretty low. This year, we have had to endure the "bi-polar" Cowboys! Play great one week....play like a high school team the next!!! The inconsistency of this team is so aggravating! After all these years of not being in the Super Bowl, I am also at the point of not caring. First time in my Dallas Cowboys fanhood that I have I ever felt this way. What a sad state of affairs this team is in. smdh

When it comes to this season probably not but the fact that we call ourselves Cowboy fans should say otherwise. I think it's actually shown in all the negative threads and posts how fed up the true loyal fans are. Many will say being negative means your not a fan and I laugh whenever I hear or see that. Many here spend their hard earned money supporting Jerry's circus. I for one don't blindly buy the garbage Jerry is trying to force feed us and want change.
