Dak was going to wear 10 last year, but changed his mind before training camp and got 4 to honor his mom's birthday. I wouldn't be surprised to see Lewis wearing 26 at the start of he season after Duke Thomas gets cut. I don't know why Cheeto took 33, though. I would have liked to see him take 25 and then let Woods decide between 23 or 29 once Seamster and McFadden get cut, but then again, it's up to them.
