Our front office has not done a bad job at all of getting talent. The problem as we saw when Wade left was the lack of accountability.
Garrett is taking very talented players and is going to demand they show their best. Since being head coach he committed more to the running game. Felix hasnt proven he can carry the load for an extended period of time so you need that third back if he's going to go down and have it not be a school teacher like the Packers have had to do.
The Pack have shown it's about coaching more than talent acquisition.
The only thing that we knew we couldn't develop before was mid round offensive linemen. It'll be interesting to see if a new strength coach changes that.
All these picks are good picks because Garrett has a Jimmy Johnson type vision for them. Jimmy created stacked teams then demanded they live up to it. We've gotten the 1st part of the equation right the last 3 years, just not finding a way to get it to correlate on the field. Garrett has shown he'll do that.
