It's very irksome for me to watch the other teams still in the playoffs, with still having a chance to win the Super Bowl and their fans still having something to be excited for. All while the Cowboys end yet another season in frustrating, disappointing failure. After 25+ seasons of frustrating and disappointing failures. And now there is a long 9 months until the next season, that will seem like it's going to drag by slowly and take forever to get through.

Wonder what Jerry is thinking about as he has to watch other teams in the playoffs yet again, while his is sitting at home on the couch. Wondered if he is bothered by days like today. This weekend just might be part of the driving force in the reason why McCarthy is gone. If he see coaches with less head coaching experience advance further and as someone mentioned before Rodgers getting another Super Bowl ring without McCarthy might also be a factor in whether or not Jerry gives McCarthy another season.

Heck no , this weekend is justification for Jerry after the 49ers go into Green Bay in bad weather and beat the Packers with Aaron Rodgers.

Jerry doesn't feel nearly as bad about us getting beat by them..
Probably almost makes him feel better about the situation that we lost to a superior team and we did even though they were very beatable when we played them here

Problem is the 49ers want to win more you could see it in Green Bay as players limped on and off the field beat to hell by that weather and being pounded into the tundra.

They wanted it more and they took it from Aaron Rodgers in his own house just like they took it from Jerry in his own house.
So if anything Jerry doesn't feel quite so bad .
Beyond that he has an amount of money that nobody on this forum can even fathom.
It may not fix a death in his family or personal tragedy but it sure eases the sting of losing just another football game

I agree. Jerry will likely not fire MM after this. This is how Jerry thinks. Now if San Fran lost badly, MM may be fired next week. This game saved him.

To be honest he has straight lied..he said and I qoute "I would write any check" yet check out what he pays the HC...the one thing not capped and he runs cheap on it....
