Does a mobile QB help the running game much?

Mobile QBs cause a defense to play containment. That generally doesn't help the run, but does help the deep pass!

I don't agree. If you play containment, it limites your ability to run blitz. Also, the fact that you have to be more concerned about the pass makes it less likely a defense commites safeties to run support. JMO.
