If Jerry pays Garret 2mil or more. I would think he would then have to increase Wade salary. If not, how will the players respect the HC. It would seem obvious who the owner believes in.

I just don't think Garrett is worth all that has transpired so far. Please just let him go. Or keep him and let Wade go. Having both is not a good situation anymore.

Wade is on thin ice. He is lucky he doesn't lose his job. He is still the HC, if he doesn't like it. He knows where the door is. :D

Says you.

It's nice that you have that as an opinion (also known as a wild *** guess), but it contradicts everything we know.

Well, it's not my fault you guys lack the ability to understand logic. ;)

Don't see any need to give Phillips a raise. As the HC who is signed to 3 year contract, he expected to produce a playoff team and improve our defense. Garrett as the OC has the option to advance to HC job and if Jerry needs pay him some pretty good bucks to keep him then so be it.
