Once the mouthy wack-job Phillip Rivers gets eliminated in a few hours, the NFL and the media would love any of the other QB matchups.

Eli vs. Peyton

Brady vs. Romo

Brady vs. Favre

Peyton vs. Romo

etc.

But I see your point.

The NFL would love that, but they'll take any Super Bowl they get at this point. Seattle and Jacksonville, the two ratings dogs left in the playoffs, both lost yesterday. I'm sure they'd rather have Manning than the Chargers, but they'd love anyone left in the NFC -- the Cowboys, Packers or Giants.

No, because Dallas has the biggest rating when they play. Bigger then GB or NE.

The NFL wants a New York team in the superbowl. Always have, always will.

The dream for the NFL would be to have a New York team playing a Los Angeles teamin the superbowl.

The officiating had absolutely nothing to do with the outcome of this game. We've committed stupid penalties all year but were able to get away with them for the most part. Today, they caught up with us. Heck, I thought they could've called a false start on just about every shotgun snap. This game came down to poor blocking up front, a dropped pass by Crayton, poor special teams play, Romo losing his cool, and a prevent defense to end the first half.

Oh, forgot to mention the doormat that is Jacques Reeves.

That is an insult to doormats!!:banghead: :banghead:
True, but that's the best I could come up with. If you have a better one, let us know so that we can pass it along to Reeves' boy on here. Speaking of which, where is he? Name is avoiding me?
