Does anyone have a clip of the Escobar catch that was ruled down by the 1?

Watching replay of this it looked to me as if the ball crossed the line of scrimmage before the knee and shine hit the ground. If anyone has a clip can you please post it?

You just now noticed this?

It's clear it was a TD.

I noticed it during the game as well I hollered at the ref from my living room, he did not hear me. I saw the replay on TV and still felt it was a TD but was hoping someone had a clip of the play so I could see one more time for myself. You are right it was a TD

You are correct. I saw it the first time.
I confirmed it on first replay,

Then Pereira had the nerve to come on and say it shouldn't be overturned because it was close.

Well where was that logic in Green Bay? At the very least it was close.

I agree, it should have been ruled TD because it was. one of the angles was clear as day that the ball was over before Escobar knee was down. it was costly because in the end we are unable to run the ball in and have to settle for 3 points.

I too thought it was a TD however could not tell where the shin was since the camera angle was high.

Just like was blabbering about Heath making contact with the punters helmet. I watched the play like 15 times in slow mo after the game. There was no contact with the head or neck whatsoever.

Dude is a hack and lost all credibility he had during that game.

At first I was wondering why Escobar went in low so soon... Thought he was trying to dive in.... When he could have gotten a smidge closer

I felt like his shin was down before he crossed the goal line after watching it a few times
I think they got it right but it was very close and a big part of the game since we know the result

I'm interested in this clip also. My dad missed that play and I want to show him what a flipping ripoff that call was.

I still say if you go by the ankle/shin determinant most of the football is well clear of the goalline.

It really wasn't that close IMO. Half his body was in when he knee went down, not when it approached going down.

You can tell when impacts occurs as the body acts as a shock absorber. This shin nonsense is just nonsense.

He dives and is turning upfield. His toes are pointed so he twists a little and the shin/calf/ankle area hits the ground. I'm just saying that if you freeze the frame at that point much of his hand/football is past the goalline.
