I took for granted all those great punts he's given us over the past few years. I still can't believe that Paulescu was the best punter we could find. He was terrible.

Does it matter...Bruce Read can coach anybody!!! He is by far our top assistant!!!! Look, look at the product he has displayed for 2 years. As a matter of fact, I bet Bruce could have coached Matt EVEN WITH a broken leg....he is that good.

Same question I've had. I think his absence for a good portion of the season took away a great field position weapon we enjoyed and took for granted. This is a definite need,and I hope he can come back to full strength and effectiveness. His loss alone,and the way it happened,should have been enough to run the ST coach out of town. Absolute stupidity.
