I'd enjoy 2 preseason and 18 regular more than 4 and 16. Football season is way too short. I bet the STHers would agree since that's one less meaningless game they are forced to buy. Yes, but the NFL is not a stats-based league like baseball is (thankfully). No one really cares about stats and besides, they're already watered down. 40,000 yards passing for a QB who debuted in 2003 is nowhere near as special as 40,000 yards passing for a QB who debuted in 1973.hsfolk;3721257 said:Don't forget player stats will be watered down

I love the NFL, its by far the best product out there. But I dont want to see more games at the expense of worse play. And thats the road their going down IMO.
