Because some of these people A) never played a sport for more than 5 minutes to tweak a muscle B) Don't play sports at all and probably can't locate the hamstring or C) are sitting behind a drum of Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey wishing they didn't sit around on the internet all day pulling a certain muscle every 3 hours.
