I have this wired feeling that he dosent because this team is not competitive enough for him and he wants to win . Speak on how you feel

Honestly, I would hope he goes where he can win.

I am starting to pity the players that are the ones ultimately suffering as the franchise is run into the ground.

Do we want to resign him?

If Garrett is the coach we will never get the most out of him anyways. Plus he's young and he can get over these little small injuries pretty quick but the guy gets dinged up constantly.

He'll re-sign. Players don't leave in the NFL for a better chance to win. He'll get max money in Dallas and he'll stay. Name the last big name player in their prime who left a team for a better chance to win

What is max money? If we're talking a Mega-type deal I don't want him back. And I'm the biggest Dez fan there is.

The only way Dez doesn't re-sign is if the team decides to go that direction, IMO.

He'll get every bit the amount that Mega and Fitz got (113 M). The next tier of WR contracts is Harvin, DeSean and Wallace. Which of those two tiers do you think Dez compares to? If he's not in tier 1, he creates a tier 1a, right at around 100M

Then I don't want Dez back, either, at that price.

I'd be shocked if Dez weren't a Cowboy for a very long time. Pro Bowl type players don't grow on trees.

Well I would think most fans...
I read all the time here about how Romo isn't a winner because he hasn't won on any level. Neither has Dez. Guess he isn't a winner, either. So why lock him up?

Sarcasm aside... the amount of money he is going to command.... it just isn't worth it. We need to rebuild. And it's not going to be worth the insane amount of cap space to tie him up while we rebuild.

it is laughable if you guys think the players will go anywhere but where money and fame take them

nobody "bleeds blue and silver" and i certainly dont feel sorry for any of them

Dez will go where he is paid the most and can get the most exposure, period
