Does Jerry use the players or do they use him?

I have noticed that I wonder about this often.On one hand you have Jerry who seems to be using the players more to sell tickets.Especially big named players.I do however feel Jerry really really wants to win.Then you have players that come to Jerry late in their careers and want a big payday and Jerry gives it to them.T.O. seems to be past the point of worrying about getting that ring and more about his reality acting career after football.Deion Sanders used Jerry to get paid later in his career,at least he helped win a ring.Ray lewis may be another guy who thinks," Screw it I can get Jerry to fork it over".Meanwhile the guy is old and at the tail end of his career.I often wonder if this circus between TO,Witten,Romo and Garrett can be solved.I highly doubt it.Now RW11 seems to be a big mouth as well but he hasnt even done anything for us.So do they use each other for money and status and not realize they are like a celebrity NFL team and becoming a joke?

Might be best to wait for Lewis to be signed before complaining about it.

TO was not close to being washed up when signed and I doubt even Jerry wants to win as bad as he does, and it's questionable if Dallas wins that 3rd Super Bowl of the 90's without Deion.
