Does Romo injury deter high profile coach?

If this is indeed a herniated disk, and 34-year old Romo faces some Peyton Manning-like rehab, does a coach like Gruden, etc. now look elsewhere?

According to webmd the recovery time from surgery for most people is one month. The longest recovery time is 6 months. That would have him ready for training camp. No coach would let that stop them.

Aikman herniated a disk in his back lifting weights prior to the 93 season. I think he was back right at the 12 week mark which was due to the fact he played football. He was fine within a month to walk around without any outward hint he herniated a disk. Aikman took more shots than romo does and played another 8 years.
