Does rossum get cut tomorrow?

he will be cut, can't waste a roster spot for a one position player especially if he's injured and can't play...

Jason Williams needs to be active for games. I dont care who sits Rossum or Barbie who did absolutely nothing today.

Yes he gets cut...especially if he pulled his hammy.
The guy was hired for one thing.
He got hurt so we give him an injury settlement or whatever, and move on.

as big of question......who is kickoff return man

Miles Austin probably to be relieved of duties as his wr production goes up
Felix....he's off the list

Punts---Crayton gets job back but......

T.Choice return kicks, Buehler?.......

Snellings big run...Barbie didn't even lay a hand on the guy.
Jason Williams is a much more explosive player who has a much better chance to make an impact on the game.

This signing was doomed from the start. At least we didn't give up any draft picks. Ogletree will return kick-offs and Crayton will get his punt return duties back.

BTW, what the hell was going on with putting both Newman and Crayton back on punt returns?

saw that also, spenser turned it in....Carp got stuck on M.Spears butt as Spears held attack point.....he didnt even try to get off Spears and fill the gap.......

He may not get cut, but I don't think the Cowboys will mind finding another spot on their 45 man game-day roster for one of their rookies.

Dude Buehler, are you serious. Another example of clueless cowboys fans. You cant be serious.

Rossum will be inactive till the hammy heals, then he will get another shot.

Okay this is showing my age here but....I remember when we had Bill Bates returning kicks at one point in the preseason.
The guy would catch the ball and run head first into the first defender he saw. Bates would never had lasted as long as he did if the team allowed him to return kicks.
I would wince when I would see him return kicks.
You have one guy who has a 40yd run at top notch speed, running into another guy who has a 10 yard run...do the math. No chance.
I have a feeling we would lose our kickoff guy if he was allowed to return kicks.
Beuhler was on the field for Crayton's punt return however.

If they pull Austin and Jones, Ogletree will probably do it. Although didn't Scandrick return a few in pre-season?

I like that they put Newman back there on punts for flubs, he can fair catch or at least fall on it, watching the ball bounce 20 yards downfield was killing me.

Running backwards didn't kill you?:p:

More than you know, he was desperation pick up this weekend, I just couldn't pull the trigger on Jenkins :bang2: stupid, stupid, stupid. Ugh.

He was the returner on that play though, not the up-man. If he would have just fallen down or fair caught it...
