Does the QB make the WR or the WR make the QB?

It depends on the qb, and the receiver.....

I am a firm believer that Payton Manning makes the receivers. Look at the number of WR/TE that have left him and you never hear there names again. Or the receivers that get hurt, and another steps in, and its like nothing has changed.

Now, in the case of Culpepper....Moss Made him.

Then there are cases whre you have a WR that is very good, and a Wideout that is very good, and they make each other great.

I think both are depedant on each other... If you have a franchise QB they will make average WRs look above average.
