Does the timing of this mean something?

The NFL was pushing for this 2 weeks ago, does the fact that the court vacated the jurisdiction aspect of the injunction mean that they are allowing time for Zeke to get his appeal in to the 5th circuit before he misses a game? If so it might mean he a chance to beat this based on league misconduct.

It means I need to head out for the night and enjoy my few waking moments before another day has passed me by.

Yes it means we suck even harder. Im sorry, Im just becoming sickly disapointed with this season. Talk about the last thing we needed to deal with.

I think he's likely to get the injunction reinstated. The main decision was about timing, not the merits. And, if you want his suspension ended or deferred, we don't want conservative judges. Because they believe corporations have the right to do whatever they want. Anyone should realize the reality is more complicated, but if the judges decide a private entity can do whatever it wants, regardless of the legal standards for other entities, then Zeke will ultimately lose.

This on top of the turmoil at The Star and I wouldn't be surprised if this team unraveled. It's all Jerry's fault. What little respect I had for him is gone. No one on this team wanted to participate in a protest. It was over. Jerry had to go and run his mouth Sunday night. If this thing unravels, i'm placing the blame on him.

Honestly, I don't think anybody knows how this really works. Even Lawyer friends of mine that are Cowboys fans all have very different opinions.

Ultimately courts can do what they want to do and come up with some creative reasoning to justify it if they want to. Even a clear cut case isn't clear cut.

Legal profession, by its very nature has one winner and one loser all the time. So until the real verdict is in anything can be viable...
