Does Tony Romo come back now?

There was some speculation that maybe Tony Romo could just be put on IR for this season.

Maybe now he comes back when healthy so JG can be evaluated with him as QB.

He should already be on IR

IMO, he needs to come back in the second he's able. Yeah the season is over, but the team needs the moral going into the offseason. The Cowboys also need to put butts in the seats. When the team sucks, fans getting to see their favorite players are what they still will buy tickets for.

Agree completely. This o-line isn't going to magically start playing well. No point losing next season too.

I might be the only one who thinks so, but I think that as long as we pull out a couple of wins before Romo might be eligible to return, he should return.

I don't think you can do a proper evaluation of Garrett without Romo at the helm.

He had no reason to "stand tall" in the pocket. He is not that kind of QB. Tony "instinctive Tony" that is would have eluded or atleast made the ride the ground not as brutal.

That's true. I guess if I see a team that's fighting hard and not just rolling over, I'd like to end the season on a high note with Romo back in there and a couple of wins.

If we're just rolling over the rest of the year like we have lately, well, Garrett won't be the coach here next year and you put Romo on IR in the next couple of weeks.

Bring him back as soon as he is completely ready, It would be the fair thing to do for JG, maybe we could get a glimpse of what could happen in 2011 plus if we could play spoiler vs the Eagles and Commanders, I'm all for it.

totally agree dont play romo at all this year,, dont know about IRing him, because if you do that, he cant be on field possibly helping kitna or stephen

That's when they are suspended not IR

We should be busy looking for Romo's back up in 2011. The only guy we should be looking at is McGee. Kitna is ofer.
