So if a player caught a pass on one leg and hopped all the way down to the end zone it wouldn’t be a catch? The NFL has absolutely mystified what constitutes a catch
yes becasue he didn't go out of bounds!!!

I mean how is that not part of your thought process he literally fell out of bounds like his momentum's carrying him out of bounds whether any border of the field including the back of the end zone or the red zone if you're going to get carried out of bounds you have to get both feet in to make it a catch because you're then now either stepping or falling out of bounds it's a complete different thing if he hopped down on one foot as long as the ball then breaks the invisible line right at the pylon he didn't go out of bounds it's a touchdown that's the point it's not about having two feet down in the field of play it's about two feet down before you end up out of bounds cause your momentum is carrying you out of bounds on any of the four corners of the field you literally if you're going to go out of bounds the rule is you got to have two feet down or a body part down that they list in the rules...

I think some of these younger players forget or misinterpret because they were in college at one time and that would have been a touchdown in college or it would've been a catch in college...

Ok. Lets say a WR stands in the middle of the endzone and catches a ball with one foot up. Doesn't move. Is it not a touchdown until the other foot is down? Of course it's a TD.
Actually it’s not till the second foot comes down. The rule is simply
