It does matter where we pick. The higher the 1st round pick, the better deal we could get on a trade back.

This team's ownership and most fans fail to understand that simple concept.

We have 10 picks and you are way overrating a 4th round pick. There are a like 11-12 first round grades in this draft. Trading back would not be smart.

Yes, but the small running back had all the carries he wanted all season long but got exposed last night against a much bigger and better defense. The WR2 we are arguing about is a legit playmaking deepthreat who has speed, quickness, burst and can make plays at all levels against any defenses. The only reason he had so few yards this season was because of a hobbling ankle injury and because Ewers absolutely sucks and refused to throw to Bond. When Manning played, he immediately went to Bond and lit it up. Manning knows a playmaker. Ewers doesn't. That's the difference. Bond is a very good WR2 to have.
 
As usual, we have like 20-25 5th round picks ........use those to get the 4th rounder back....LOL
 
If you think there's only 12 first round players, and you're drafting 12th, it doesn't make a lot of sense to trade back.

I am talking about Burden the consensus number 2 wide receiver in this draft. Bond is a second round player. I see you have Texas in your eyes when it comes to drafting. Gotta get away from that brother.

Burden is much slower. Why would you want a slower WR2 who is not a deep threat or has blazing speed to create a mismatch at all levels? Have you not learned simply by seeing Turpin the few times he is allowed to play on offense? We need another threat like him but a little bigger. Bond is that. Burden is not. Open your eyes bro. BTW, Bond played at Alabama before he came to Texas this year, so it has nothing to do with Texas. If anything, you need to get Texas out of your head brother.

I wouldn’t take any of those guys at 13. So I am the wrong guy to argue. I like Ohio State kid but wouldn’t draft him at 13.

A 215 pound running back who is strong as a bull.
 
We don't target players. We follow a draft board. So, I'm sure if a team calls Jerry and says give me 3 or 4 spots for an extra pick, he'll take the deal.
