Did all my chores early, fired up the TV to see the score of this abomination.

Horrible WC weekend game-wise, hopefully a frigid slugfest tonight with multiple ailments is a sufficient main course.

Here here. What a disgrace Oakland, Detroit and Miami are. All three teams are weak, but take away 2 of their starting QB's and have the 3rd one (Detroit and Stafford) play with a mangled throwing finger and this is what you get I guess. All three were severely compromised frankly.

As for the main event starting in about a half hour, I have gone back and forth all week. My head says NY will win due to a better D and decent enough WR's. Wouldn't shock me if GBay won, but it's too close to call. I do think we match up better with Green Bay but like Avery said, I hope the winning team gets beat to a pulp.

I'm having a hard time deciding who to root for tonight. GB is peaking at the right time and Rodgers is lights out right now, but we beat them in Lambeau and their defense is suspect. NYG is pure vengeance and Eli is either on or he's very off against us, but they've been our kryptonite in two close matches and OBJ owns the slant against our secondary.

Tough call. I think I'd take the Pack as I don't know if I can handle a week of hearing about how the Giants have owned us this year.
