I could see him going back to the 49ers as the OC working under Kyle Shanahan again. Or the Commanders as their OC. I wonder if the Eagles will fire their OC and go get McDaniels for OC.

Not sure he will get another HC job but I could see the Titans (they are interviewing Jason Garrett), Browns or Raiders as potential spots he could be a legit candidate for the head coaching job.
