interesting....will post the link in a second. Why the heck did they let Miller walk..other than $

The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero reports the Dolphins "have had conversations with multiple teams" about trying to acquire a running back.

Miami is exhausting every avenue trying to find a running back after it made no effort to re-sign Lamar Miller, had its offer sheet on C.J. Anderson matched by the Broncos, and struck out on free agent Chris Johnson. Down to Plan D, football czar Mike Tannenbaum has been working the trade phones. No names have been brought to light on who the Dolphins may be looking at, but they definitely want to add a veteran to the mix with Jay Ajayi and a potential draft pick.

The dolphins really screwed the pooch letting Miller walk. Then to make things worse, they've really done nothing to replace him. Not sure what kind of RB trades are out there, but they have to do something. Otherwise they have to hope they get lucky with a late round RB in the draft.

They should sign Arian Foster...roll with Foster, Ajayi and a rookie and they will be fine. They did likely trade away their chance at Zeke with the Philly trade but they will have other options.

They should sign RGIII to be a running back. Running is his best skill anyhow. :muttley:
