All last week most the posts here were saying how great the Cowboys were. I was being mocked for pointing out that the Cowboys had 10 days off the Eagles in comparison looked tired having just 7. So the Cowboys victory may not have been as impressive as many of you thought. This week both the Bills and Cowboys had 7 days rest and only one team looked like a team that can beat a winning team.
yawn that is weak

can Miami stop us on offence though, that is a question no one is mentioning. Not like the Dolphins have a top defence.
We don't play that well away when facing a good team. This is also on grass. Ideally, we should have a safety over the top of Hill and Waddle, but can we then stop their run? This matchup just looks terrible on paper. But as we've seen many times in the NFL before, that can sometimes mean absolutely nothing. And that's what I'm hoping for.

Raheem mostert has 20 TDs and Devon Achane is a rookie sensation that has multiple big plays this year. This will be huge test for Dan Quinn to prove he can make adjustments. I don't have much faith right now.
Mike McDaniel is also a Shanahan disciple who could really scheme a run game. Throw in what you said and yeah, it's possible we could get run over again this weekend.

I don't either but I have faith that the league wants Miami and buffalo tied going into the last game of the season we lost to Buffalo last week and we will beat Miami this week both of those things go to making the last game between Buffalo and Miami a huge money making venture for the league while not affecting us too much because we've already made the playoffs

Sure they can.

Game is against a good team and we have basically struggled against every good team we have played save the Eagles game AT HOME.

Game is on the road. We aren't nearly as good as a team and offensively on the road, especially against good teams.

Dolphins actually aren't that terrible in pass defense, giving up only 17 TDs which ranks in Top 10 for defense. They are also Top Ten in opponent passer rating. We are a pass team first so it's an interesting matchup. So they easily could give Dak fits.

Parson is going to have to play full time linebacker this game for run support.

You realize we haven't done much better against top teams right? And more importantly, in three road games against top teams, we got bludgeoned in 2 of them and the offense was terrible.

Now could we play well offensively? Sure. But it's certainly possible this offense could struggle this weekend because history shows we are different on the road, on grass and against good teams. You asked the question and the answer is yes, given those factors, it's possible the Dolphins could have success defensively against this offense.

Know what has me worried? The Cowboys will be so fixated on stopping the run this week Miami will come out throwing anyway.

I suspect the Cowboys will come back strong after that beat down but at the same time I don't expect them to beat the run with adjustments, in fact I don't expect us to beat the run any more than we ever do. The Cowboys have had a poor run defense all year and I don't see that changing.
