are you kidding me lol.

booth coaches - no respect for them

I don't know...wasn't Norv Turner a booth coach when he was Offensive Coordinator for the Cowboys? I know Ernie Zampese was, but I am fairly sure Turner was as well.

I am pretty sure neither of them slept during the game though.

:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

The funniest part is that he tried to play it off like he was looking at his paper, and them slammed it onto the table like he was upset about a play, and was reading that paper all along. The coaches next to him probably told him he's on TV.

:lmao2:

Why is this not the lead story on ESPN? If this were Dave Campo or Jason Garrett they would be all over us.

Eh, I've disparaged Teh Dom as much as anyone, but he can't have been asleep there.

Probably just trying to calm down and tell himself Serenity Now! at how his D was playing. ;)

Dude, he was nodding off. His body jumped, like you do when you're half-asleep. The only mitigating factor is that the defense wasn't on the field.

The game replay is showing now and its on the 3rd quarter....

I'm going to see if I can get this in HD.

Well, I was trying to cut him a break, but if he really was asleep... :lmao:

Did it matter? Capers could have called the perfect defense and the players would have screwed it up. That loss is on the defensive players. They stunk.

Their inability to cover bunch formations was amazing. They were totally confused, had no idea what their responsibilities were.

THAT is on the coach.

For that matter, both defenses stunk that day.

Given how much hours these guys put in, I wouldn't be too surprised as it steps up in the playoffs...

Besides... that might have been during an offensive series...

Capers is a proven coach... I will give him the benefit of the doubt...

THAT is on the coach.

We had a fair bit of trouble in 2007 and 2008 but we have been much better this year. It can still be tough to defend due to the nature of PI rules and the ability of the offense to set you up for picks if you try to press them.

I'm actually surprised that we don't use them more, especially in the red zone.
