we are hiring staffers to now show our players how to play violent. Can't make this stuff up. In a physical sport, our guys are indeed soft and must be trained how to be physical. My Lord. Will we ever truly know the damage done by the previous staff on defense? It could take years to undo it. It will mean different players I think, in the end.

Will need a different culture. Zimmer may be a hard nosed football guy but most everyone else from the owner down are soft and prefer flashy diva's. I imagine it is hard to maintain a high level of physicality in a team sport when the entire organization is all about the me me me type of selfishness.

does the NFL allow player coaches lol maybe he be good to come in for 10 snaps.. Still good to have Mike Zimmer filling out his staff with people that will probably help get his system installed and talk know what your sarcasm is all in because you are agreeable to this addition on the coaching staff are you just being sarcastic? I mean you're trying to maximize getting mazi Smith to the next level and this kid that we just picked up from Auburn why not why not bring in a specialized coach just to do nose tackles and interior lineman? I mean I don't think you can have too many coaches and they don't count against the salary cap so again I say why not?
