Bench Micah and put Cooper Rush in his spot

Team would be better off

I am.

Dak is trash on defense against good teams.

Simple
Is that all you care to conclude from that thrashing? Have to ask because that was too simple indeed. Surely you saw more than just Dak.

How many times do you have to “bounce back” before you realize it’s a trend.
Yep, and great teams don't get boat-raced multiple times in a season.

on how they bounce back and make adjustments to the loss. It’s the same thing that happen after the 49ers game.. they bounced back. When Philly beat them the first game, they bounced back. This was just another game to let Dallas know that they aren’t all the way there just yet.. they will bounce back. This loss gives them something that they need to work on from both perspectives of the ball.. Dak needs to figure out the 2 high safety situation because he’s going see this more often now… The defense better to get ready to have to stop the run, because run capable teams are going to come at them in this way now..

Like I said judged them off of the bounce back and not how they lost.. this team has only lost 4 games, that’s a pretty good season so far.. let’s see what they do after getting punched in the mouth, it actually should make them better..

We shall see… DC4L ✭✭✭✭✭ LFG!!!!
They have a perfect bounce back game right in front of them. Win the next 3 and end the season undefeated at home AND 5-4 on the road. Its right in front of them. But anyone who has no faith in their ability to beat a good team on the road is 100% justified!

Ok so now they aren’t a good team lol?
I think the proof is out there now. There was a chance/hope they "grew a pair" after the 49ers game but that has been squashed. They are not a great team if they can't play on the road, pretty obvious they can't. Don't kid yourself into thinking otherwise. Put down the pom-poms. This team isn't going anywhere.

Bottom line is it was terrible on all three phases yesterday... Dak and the offense, defense , and bone head penalties on special teams. This all equates to coaching, and being out-coached on all three phases. What is done is done. Now focus and correct for Miami, and like @TheMarathonContinues said, treat it like the playoffs start this week.

How do you bounce back from not being able to, or have the bodcies to stop the running game? The blueprint is obvious, and there is no fix until Jerry decides it needs fixing

It’s not about Pom Pom’s they sucked yesterday. There’s a difference between being stupid and pessimistic. You can say they aren’t a contender but to say they aren’t good is just looney.

Team played bad. From top to bottom. Defense could not stop the run at all. Offense couldn’t get started. Martin got hurt. I think bills took some cheap shots and once again the refs went blind at times..

I feel strangly fine after yesterday, probably because they already clinched a playoff spot and at the end of the day they'll be judged based on what happens in the playoffs. This season isn't over folks and much rather them have the chance to make adjustments before the playoffs rather than feeling great and getting slapped like they did yesterday.

The other part for me is this should have been a 3-3 game at the half had it not been for some dumb flags. But its a reminder what happens when you don't execute and how it can get out of hand quickly. This team didn't get up for this game and when things got ugly early they stayed in bed with the stomach bug.

They suck on the road. That's 50% great (at home), 50% suck (on the road, and they HAVE absolutely sucked nearly every road game). I'd say that's the definition of being not a truly GOOD team. Call it looney if you want, I call it reality.

Here's why this is faulty logic, DUE to the embarrassment yesterday, the boys will be the 5th seed and have to win 3 straight playoff road wins, so let's say they bounce back and win these next 3, the losses to SF and Buffalo have left a blue print of how to beat them, so even if they bounce back and win the next 4, we all know based on style of play they AREN't beating SF in SF. So sure they could bounce back from yesterday, but there is nothing that makes you think they will go on the road and beat a good team, it's already happened twice

I agree, if they come back next week and beat the Dolphins in Miami, all will be well again in Cowboyland.

I have always said, you cannot let these games become too much. It is discomforting that they got beat the way they did but these games happen. The fact that they are so different on the road than at home is troubling and is a good indication that they will not have success in the playoffs, but like I said, if they win in Miami that thinking will change too.

Wait so 50 percent great and 50 percent suck equals suck? Make it make sense lol.

I completely disagree, until this team wins a divisional playoff road playoff game, these regular season wins/losses mean nothing, why yesterday was demoralizing wasn't just losing, it was how they lost, and it made it apparent that the ceiling for this team as it has been ffor the past 29 years is divisional round. They can/t match the phsicality of SF so all will not be right in cowboysland even if they win on sunday

I am judging them, in part, based on these factors:
  • They have four losses. Three of them were in humiliating fashion where we didn't show up and all three were on the road where we will have to play come playoffs
  • We've played three good teams this year. We blew one out at home, got absolutely mauled on the road by the other two
Reality is this team wasn't nearly as good as people thought they were after crowing all week about blowing out an Eagles team that while good has their own issues and probably was overvalued a bit.

It's hard to be optimistic about the postseason when it appears this team is doing the exact same thing it's done in prevous seasons.
