They got two receivers who just know how to get open. The way Gilly has been playing one of them bout to go off.

always cracks me up that fans say "dont overlook XXX team"....its professional football, they get paid, they aren't overlooking anyone....but lets not mistake overlooking with being ill prepared or not executing....sometimes, professionals get lazy and when they don't have as much familarity with a team do not prep as much as they do for a more common opponent that they are more familiar with.

With the Eagles showdown on the horizon, that game will have huge playoff implications. I know this team has that game circled, but this team needs to focus and get ready for LA. While they aren’t a great team, they are good enough to pull out a win if we aren’t prepared and doing our homework. That team might still make a playoff push and a loss against them will make our push for the number 1 seed that much harder. Take care of business and do not overlook LA. They are competent.

Honestly? Pure speculation on my part but to me I think the team was down from the Diggs injury. Then missing 3 offensive linemen......maybe unfocused. But I don't think they looked passed Arizona.

Agreed regarding the emotion of losing Diggs days prior affecting the team as a whole.

Donald vs our under performing oline isn't a good match up. They also have 2 pretty good WRs.

The Rams have to be the surprise team of the year. After losing some players due to CAP issues, who thought they would be as good as they are? I really thought they would be pushovers. They are not a great team but they are surprisingly good.

They blew assignments on defense left and right. It was definitely lack of focus.

their secondary has been their weakness. obviously a competent run game would be nice, and help keep them honest, but they can be passed on.

Yeah, but the Chargers can be passed on too, yet we struggled. The Eagles also have a better pass rush. The Cowboys don't do too well without a run game. Unless our defense scores points, any team is going to challenge us if Dallas can't run the ball.

They can't overlook the first team they play after a bye. For one thing, they have additional time to prepare for them. They shouldn't underestimate a team that won the Super Bowl only two seasons ago.

With that said, as a fan, I don't see the Rams offense matching up well against our defense. Stafford is no spring chicken and will be facing a very aggressive pass rush. Thus far, he has thrown almost as many INT's as TD's.

Their primary RB will be out several weeks and his backup is also battling injury.

Most of all, I think the mentality of this team has changed as a result of the beatings they took from the Cardinals and the 49ers. I don't think they will let any other team sneak up on them this season.
