This man was Bill Belichick before Bill stepped into the league having only two losing seasons. He is Mr. Consistent the guy who implemented one week at a time mentality, and something the Dallas organization can learn from and implement into this season.
The biggest fault of the Cowboys is the inconsistency from one season to the next aka “accident waiting to happen” according to most pundits. The only way to get over this hump is to instill discipline and working on your craft non-stop. Dallas should also take some of the scheme from Dan Marino’s offense!
