Don't be too quick judging TO negatively.

I'm not his greatest fan by any means.
But I think there was more to Philly then meets the eye and I talked this out with someone and made them go hhhmmm....

Let me as this question.
How many times after a game has an announcement come in the form of "They won it for him" "They did this or that for him"... meaning another players like a QB or what have you?

TO worked his *** off to get back for the Super Bowl.
You can't take that away from the guy and needs to included in your calcuation of his character.

Just like Keyshawn found a bright spot with us and made some key and sacrificial catches. If you haven't noticed then you have blinded your view with hate.

With that said....
What will you do IF... IF... now... if we get TO and it works?
What if he HELPS to take us to a new level. Keyword is HELPS.
He could be the key as someone said in another thread to open up the game.
With him we can open up Glenn more Crayton, Julius, Barber, Witten, DEF gets a rest if we don't score too fast, etc..

Again... keyword is help.

You mean to tell me you want be cheering this guy to score?
Considering how a owner, whose name I won't mention is doing just about every desperate signing he can to win a Super Bowl, why not bring in TO.

TO was unhappy as many receivers when he isn't given the chance to win the game like he know he can. We've had it an I'll take it again.
I don't see TO, blowing up as a Cowboy as negative as he did with the Eagles, because we have more to win with in my opinion. They had TO and Westbrook and then tried to pretend because they won 2 playoff games without TO that TO wasn't what took them over the top.

I'm sorry. You can hate TO, but that is BS!!!
The numbers speak for themselves and I really think despite his childish approach to that situation that he could be very productive with our team.
Will he hiccup? More than likely, but I don't see him doing the same thing as he did with the Eagles.

Quick. Hell this started 5 years ago in SF. Aint nothing quick about Judging him. His 'portfolio' is on public display. You dont need a microscope to view this guy or his antics.

Trust me when I say, I really try not to judge pple, but some pple really really are transparent and very very clear on who they are.

Terrell is one of these pple. Nobodies been quick to judge hm. Hes done this crap his entire career so far. If you have to research Terrell to figure him out, where the hell have you been. Just look at his demands for his newest contract. Given his history, you would think he would take a low ball, vet min 1 year deal to prove himself. this is called humbling yourself. But does he take the right path to a new career. No he jumps in his ole TO mobile and starts spouting off at the mouth immediately as ppel start sitting down at the negoiating table with him. Nothing changed. period. And you dont need a telescope to see that.

What an asinine post, BroGreg.

Yeah. Terrell Owens isn't the problem. He is actually the victim here. It was the 49ers fault when he was there, despite the fact that is a good organization. And in Philadelphia, it was that organization's fault, despite the fact that they are the most stable and professional organization in football.

Blame everyone but T.O. for his problem instead of admitting the truth: the guy is a scumbag.

The only real question for Cowboys fans is this: are you willing to put up with a scumbag who may be on his best behavior for .5, 1, 1.5, 2 or whatever number of seasons and risk his problems in return for the inevitable benefit from him. It is a clear case of high risk v. high reward. To act like there isn't a high risk involved is sheer asinity
