It is always necessary to treat Eagles that way.

Barring injury, of course. Since I'm not an Eagles fan, I don't root for players to get hurt on the field.

I remember Darren Woodson late in his career absolutely plastering a WR to break up a reception and getting flagged for it. Only to find on replay it was a perfectly legal hit. It was just so violent that it drew a flag.

These are the things that can't happen. You are essentially penalizing a guy for excelling at his job.

Loved it penalty or not. This is the kind of nastiness the team didn't have during the Wade years.
 
I just hope the coaches are applauding Harris and encouraging him to keep up that nastiness.
