Laufenberg did an interview this week at Bill's house in Saratoga.

They showed a clip of it a minute ago and Bill said about Jerry he was happy to have worked with him and Jerry was very good to him.

They teased the rest as saying Bill opens up about everything.

For those out of the market, I will record it and put it up tomorrow night.

Who, Laufenberg? He is back, he took a year off last year from doing the radio, but he's back this year. I normally just watch the game on TV with the local announcers, so it wasn't that big a deal to me.

the interview was great. He seems to really like Jerry.

One thing that did stick out was when laufenberg asked him his one regret and that was not drafting a qb right away, he said jerry had money invested in chad and quincy and they really couldnt.

Also he said he fined owens more than any player he ever coached, but said that is ok he had a good year for a guy his age.

And it really shows how much he likes Romo and he chuckled at the talk of the guys complaining about him saying it is just a small group and that happened when he left the giants, saying guys who play poorly always blame the coach or the system....

Thanks for the summary. I, for one, am glad that we didn't draft a QB. Take a look at where we picked and who we would have taken. If Bill implied that Jerry had too much money locked up in Chad and Quincy, then he's talking about 2003, and we likely wouild have ended up with Byron Leftwich. We all know how that one turned out.
