I watched him play and mentioned him months ago. Say what you want, but he made some big plays for Stanford in big games and he'll already be the best blocking TE on the team, even if Witten stays.

He's not the flashy pseudo WR though so lots of people will hate it. I love it. This guy is old school and helps day one.

Yeah, and only about 20% of fourth rounders end up being starters. IIRC, only about 7% of fifth rounders do. Literally, only 2 or 3 guys in the 5th round right now will make it as starters. It's JAG city.

I hear you. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and we often see different things. I watched this guy several times this year and always came away impressed.
