Mine runs pretty smooth for the most part. You might need to close some programs that might be eating up your bandwidth...or whatever the computer term is for memory.

Justintv link is not watchable for me because my ISP screwed me. I downloaded a P2P torrent of Warhammer and they capped my IP address to dial up speed *500k* when I was at 4mb before...... GAH! I hooked my roomates laptop up to my port and he gets 4meg out the same port. I hate the internet.
