Yes, I know they're part of the game, and in this violent sport, it's almost impossible for teams to stay 100% healthy all year. However...

When you have key injuries here and there, it'll affect your game planning, playcalling, defensive rotation, etc, etc. You saw last year how valuable Terrence Newman is to this defense when he missed a couple of games, and you're pretty much seeing it now as he's been limited thus far. Anthony Spencer gives us another much needed pass rusher. Etc, etc.

Pt being that alot of people here have been complaining how Wade has been playing pretty conservative on D thus far this season. But when you have your best corner(who can press, has speed, AND play the slot) limited, when one of your pass rushing specialists is limited, when another of your team's corners is rusty(Pacman)...yes, it WILL change your game plan a bit.

Really-be patient. Once we get healthy, there will be no more "Wade hasn't done squat with the D", there will be no more "Get rid of Brian Stewart", there will be no more "Jerry needs to hire a GM", etc, etc. Injuries, injuries...I know they're part of the game, but you also have to take into account coaches can only play with what the cards they're dealt with.

no so sure about that...good passing teams do this to us. The Philly WRs were nothing special...but this is a passing team with a good QB and good OL and they picked us apart. Do you think we do that to Philly's defense with Hurd, Stanback and Austin?

Hell no and these guys have been under Wades defensive scheme for the whole year last year. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last year because they were learning a new defense. Now they have been exposed again. Im starting to think its not even the players fault. This scheme is just terrible. Why go out and get top corners but play 15 yards off the receiver giving him a clean release? Its just dumb as hell man. It really pisses me off to see the secondary get put in such a bind. Wade Phillips and Brian Stewart are just plain stupid. They better get this defense together and play to the strengths of the players or they will not last here in Dallas.
