The defense is just plain, basic, or vanilla. We let players go to other teams and they perform. We supposed to have all this talent on defense, and they look like statues. The Cowboys think they have to find blockers to hit, instead of going to the person with the ball. The d-line cant rush the passer they want to lock up with o-lineman. I watch our inside Lbs do a twist blitz last night. It was like looking at the game in slow motion. But that wasn't what pissed me off. After they twisted they both ran right into o-lineman. It was like I dont want to hit your Qb, I want to hit you o-lineman. Either they are stupid or our defensive scheme is stupid. I always had this thought on defense. If you cant get to the Qb with your d-line, you send another person too. If you still cant get there, you send another one, etc. This bend dont break crap will not work, unless your defense is great. Hate to tell you this, the Cowboys defense is far from great.
