All in all today I've kept a pretty positive attitude but I can at least understand where the knee jerks are coming from. Just such a lack luster effort vs Seattle.

I don't know if it is the knee-jerks as much as it is the way that the team lost. There was some big hopes dashed by a team that quit. Fans thought that was behind them. There is nothing positive about the team quitting. It shows that the culture change is nothing more than a myth. I expected a 8-8 season, so a losing the game wasn't as big of a deal as how they lost.

You know how something bad happens to you and then you sleep and wake up and remember it from the day before but for a few moments think it may of been a dream and then realize it isn't? That's pretty much what this game was. I can't even remember anything good from it. It was such a bad game that happened and then when it was over you couldn't believe it really happened the way it did.
