Garrett has officially been relegated to a Walk Around HC per Jerry’s own words and why Jerry always talks about winning with coordinators. This is why Jason is safe no matter what and 2016 is Jerry’s reference point.

Jason doesn’t do anything on this team other than clap and take credit for other’s successes and throw them under the bus when things aren’t going well.. He’s the master at that.
