Double Coverage on Moss?

Normally when a corner is doubled, it is a corner and a safety or a corner and a linebacker. Not two corners.

Since we're supposedly staying in the nickel most of the game is it possible that newman/glenn will be covering moss most of the game? Cause quite frankly I don't think that is overkill.

Also I wonder if Ogbogu makes the 45 man roster. Burnett being tweaked up, and playing the nickel for the majority of the game would imply that.

In this Nickel (4-2-5) package we really need to take advantage of all of our DL depth. We may be able to man handle the offensive line, and if we can keep all our dlineman fresh, the fourth quarter may get real dominant.

Triple coverage would be more appropriate, really.

Everyone knows that Moss takes plays off when he's not in the mix. I really think the best thing we could do is have Roy nail him good one time early. It's easy to get in his head, he opens the door for you by shagging it. Put him horizontal really hard and you might be in his head all day.
