He is the staffer Mosher identified as who he believes will be the next OC. He has only been here for one year, and before that was OC/QB for Washington, Bama, Michigan and Florida.

Dont know much about him as a playcaller. Does anyone have familiarity with him as a college OC?

If I'm not mistaken, he only lasted one season each at Michigan and Alabama. That doesn't bode well for the job he was doing calling plays for them.

This, that is like putting a band aid on a gun shot wound and hoping for the best.

Plugging anyone from the current staff in is a fail. This offense needs fresh blood and new ideas/concepts. Play calling wasn't the only problem, play design was a huge part of the issue. Our route combinations are horrible and the lack of motion is absurd. Too much of our offense relies on stopping momentum instead of hitting guys running.
